VERA NAVIS was formed in March 2009 by two Naval Architects (Luis Batista and Pedro Antunes) and set ground in Almada, inside Lisbon metropolitan area, near the former facilities of LISNAVE.(our contacts)

The key concept supporting VERA NAVIS’ foundation is the delivery of an integrated service to customers, providing services for the marine industry from concept to commissioning, delivering full range of solutions in project / detail design up to shipbuilding supervision.(our products)

Our logo
The two waves of the logo embody one of the many motifs of the Portuguese sidewalks (calçada portuguesa). This black and white stone pattern made its debut in Lisbon in 1842 and was then brought to the four corners of the world. It can now be seen from the deepest village of Portugal to big metropolis such as Rio or Macau
Backboned in the ancient Roman tile motifs, with geometrical shapes such as Arabian tiles art figures but standing on the open for everyone to see, the Portuguese “Calçada” brought art to the streets and stands by its own as a unique contribution to the world’s heritage.
Our waves represent the goal of a broad view and that sea is the bridge to all enterprises.
